Aspiring to provide a pleasant time and quality service to its clientele. Lucia is a relaxing wine bar and grill that accommodates your mood every hour of the day. You can drink espresso while reading your newspaper or take a break and sample our unique dishes for your lunch, have dinner and drink special cocktails and wines, chat at the outside heated patio and listen to the music.

The fact that such a space is located in North Bar, one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Beverley, creates the right energy. Lucia has a great location where the locals and visitors could meet, where they feel at ease and enjoy themselves any time of the day, a spot not detected from street life but centrally located at the heart of the Beverley.


During the late 19th and early 20th centuries Swinegate were filled with poor quality housing, workshops and garages and by the 1970’s it was quite a run down area. Regeneration then took place and today it is home to several restaurants, Bars and unique shops.
