CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 6 hours prior so that we can manage our services. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a charge of £10 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file when making your reservation.

TABLE ALLOCATION

Please note your table may be allocated indoors or in our outdoor heated courtyard.

DRESS CODE

We operate a smart casual dress code. Please note that we do not allow any fancy dress whatsoever.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please try to arrive as close to your designated booking time as possible. We operate a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running late. Unfortunately, in the event you do not contact us and arrive more than 15 minutes late we may assign your table to another party and will be subject to a charge of £10 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

BOOKING DURATION

Please note that we operate a sitting policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation.

CHILDREN

We regretfully cannot admit any minors under the age of 10 for dinner reservations. Families with children under the age of 10 are welcome for lunchtime bookings.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Large Parties – 9 or more guests

We kindly ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 72 hours prior so that we can manage our services. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a full charge per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

TABLE ALLOCATION

Tables will be allocated on group size. Please note that it may not be possible to move tables to form larger groups. Should we not be able to accommodate your group on one table we will offer areas of the restaurant across multiple tables. Table allocations can be discussed with our dedicated Guest Experience Managers who will coordinate your large party.

SERVICE CHARGE

Please note a mandatory 10% charge will be added to all large party bills.

MENUS

Large parties are required to dine from our Set Menu. Pre-orders and full payment are required a minimum of 72 hours prior to your booking.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre Orders will be required a minimum of 72 hours prior to your booking. We will require a guest name and pre-order so we can ensure your evening and party runs as smoothly as possible.

PRE PAYMENT

For groups of 20 or more full payment will be required ahead of your reservation. Full payment must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to your reservation.

TABLE DECORATIONS

Any requests for decorations should be approved by our Guest Experience Manager. Unfortunately, we do not allow any confetti. Our Guest Experience Managers are available to assist with any bespoke requests.

Bottomless Brunch Bookings

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We promote responsible drinking and will refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated. Management will not tolerate poor behaviour towards staff or other guests and you will be asked to leave if your party do not respect these rules. We politely remind guests to consider other diners in the restaurant.

CHALLENGE 25

We operate a strict challenge 25 policy and age verification will be required.

ARRIVAL TIME

All guests in the party must opt for the bottomless brunch dining option. Bottomless starts 15 minutes after the booking time we, therefore, ask you to arrive in plenty of time to ensure you utilise full duration of your reservation.
