Bartender

Bartenders are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through great drinks, warm hospitality and confident product knowledge.

You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to a high standard, engage with guests, recommend products and help create the atmosphere Lucia is known for. You will work closely with the wider front and back of house team while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety behind the bar.

Areas of Responsibility

Preparing & Serving Drinks
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other drinks accurately and consistently, following Lucia recipes and service standards.

Guest Experience
Welcome guests to the bar, make recommendations and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service throughout their visit.

Product Knowledge & Upselling
Build strong knowledge of our drinks range and use this confidently to recommend products, increase spend and enhance the guest experience.

Bar Setup & Standards
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised and ready for service, maintaining presentation standards throughout each shift.

POS Systems & Cash Handling
Process orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and card payments responsibly.

Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties to maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety standards.
