Pizza Chef

Pizza Chefs are responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas while maintaining the standards, consistency and presentation Lucia is known for.

You will work as part of the kitchen team, preparing fresh ingredients, making and stretching dough, cooking pizzas to specification and ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen at the highest standard. You will also support with kitchen organisation, cleanliness and food safety.

Areas of Responsibility

Pizza Preparation & Cooking
Prepare, stretch and cook pizzas to Lucia specifications, ensuring consistency in flavour, presentation and quality.

Ingredient Preparation
Prepare fresh ingredients and toppings in line with recipes, portion controls and kitchen standards.

Quality & Presentation
Ensure every pizza is cooked correctly and presented to the standard expected before leaving the kitchen.

Kitchen Organisation
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked pizza section throughout service.

Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow all food hygiene, allergen, health and safety procedures, including temperature controls, labelling and storage.

Stock & Waste Control
Support with stock rotation, portion control and minimising waste while maintaining product quality.

Teamwork
Work closely with the wider kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
